All academic and administrative units must use official stationery, which includes letterhead, business cards and envelopes. All campus units must use a standardized stationery format designed by Strategic Marketing and Communications.
- Campus units may only use campus logos, not unit logos or illustrations.
- Creative and Digital Services will not supply stationery materials that differ in design or content from the standardized format.

Call to action
To ensure consistency, standards for paper, inks, campus logos and typefaces have been established for all stationery materials and must be ordered through Creative and Digital Services.
Electronic letterhead
All colleges, schools, departments and offices are required to use the standard letterhead design. Only colleges and units may use their formal tier 2 lock-ups on letterheads. All other departments must use the primary logo with their department typeset, as shown below.

Standard business card

Business cards are available to university faculty and staff. The format of each card is consistent and may not be changed. Creative and Digital Services create and print business cards for a fee; visit their website to place your order.
Envelopes

Envelopes include the university primary logo. Consistent use of the university logo on envelopes helps establish a strong and consistent visual identity. Place your order for envelopes with Creative and Digital Services.
