- Formal logos should be used in email signatures.
- Set the alt text by right-clicking on the images and selecting edit alt-text.
- Logo: University of Illinois Chicago logo.
- Echo: decorative red echo.
- Headline: Choose from the following crafted headlines to include below the logo

- Make our discoveries known
- Make our community known
- Headline graphic option: If preferred, use the available graphic for “Make our greatness known.” Instructions available in the link below.

The preview uses the same hosted brand.uic.edu artwork as the export. The export additionally embeds each image so the signature keeps working offline once pasted into Outlook.
How to install in Outlook
Fill in your details and click the button above, then follow the steps for your system.
💻 Windows (Outlook Desktop)
In the new tab, press Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C to copy.
In Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New. Name it.
Click in the signature editor, press Ctrl+V, set as default, click OK.
🍎 Mac (Outlook for Mac)
In the new tab, press ⌘+A then ⌘+C to copy.
In Outlook: Outlook → Settings → Signatures → + (add new). Name it.
Click in the signature editor, press ⌘+V, set as default, click OK.
🌐 Outlook Web (OWA)
In the new tab, press Ctrl+A / ⌘+A then copy.
Settings (gear) → View all Outlook settings → Compose and reply.
Scroll to Signatures, click New signature, paste, set as default, click Save.
